Profile

Stacey O’Hara is a practitioner of knowledge management frameworks for NSF, where she serves as advisor to NSF senior leadership at the nexus of the agency’s operations, policies, and programs. Ms. O’Hara joined the NSF in January 2017 and served as Human Resource Manager (HR) until March 2023. Ms. O’Hara served in a variety of HR management roles throughout her career including managing HR policies, performance management, strategic planning, and employee relations. In March 2023, Stacey O’Hara transitioned her skills from a career in HR Management to start working for NSF’s inaugural Knowledge Management Program. She received an M.A. from George Washington University, and a B.A. from Catholic University.
