Mr. Forrest Holifield is a Senior Technical Advisor for the Defense Systems Agency’s Hosting and Compute Directorate. In this position, he oversees cloud initiatives, automation strategies, policy development, and large-scale infrastructure projects that drive mission-critical information.
Prior to this role, Holifield served as automation program manager, joint warfighting cloud capability engineering operations lead, cloud operations technical lead, and senior principal advanced support engineer. In these positions, he was instrumental in shaping automation strategies, deploying secure cloud services, and refining policies across multiple government and defense programs.
With a strong foundation in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and automation, Holifield has directly enhanced cloud security, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable technology solutions.
He has a master’s in information systems management from Auburn University at Montgomery.
