Glenora Keeve is a Knowledge Management Specialist with the Knowledge Management Branch of the Office of the Chief Data Officer at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Fort Meade, Maryland.
She has supported DISA for over 25 years in a variety of roles; financial management, program management, records management, and as a project lead, customer service liaison, and outreach coordinator.
While working with DISA, Glenora has been a globetrotter, living in Florida, Italy, Japan, Rhode Island, California, Virginia, and Maryland.
Glenora moved to DISA knowledge management in 2015, organizing and running a variety of KM programs such as Knowledge Café’s, KM Workshops, classes, and since 2018, the DOD and Federal KM Symposium. She also serves on the steering committee of the Federal Knowledge Management Community (FKMC).
Glenora holds B.A. in Communications (College of New Jersey), a Customer Relationship Management certification (St. Paul University), a Knowledge Management Practitioner certificate from the KM Institute, and has completed KM Practitioners Training with the Joint Planning Support Element, US Transportation Command.
Before joining the DISA, Glenora worked in the private sector in academia, financial management, and project management.
