Profile

Martha Jasper is the Portfolio Manager for the Business Systems Program Management Office, Services Development Directorate for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In this capacity she is responsible for the planning, resourcing and acquisition of business systems capabilities to support DISA’s business transformation goals, including systems that address key areas such as personnel, financial management, contract management, and customer relationship management. Prior to this position, she served as the Chief, Portfolio Management and Program Support Branch in the Cyber Security Directorate. Her government career began in 2003 as an Electronics Engineer with the Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Group at Lackland AFB, TX. Her experience is in the areas of cyber security, systems engineering, and technical program management. Ms. Jasper holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
