Profile

Martin Kihiko is the Deputy Branch Chief for Cyber Resilience at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He oversees programs to enhance Critical Infrastructure Resilience, including Cross-sector Cyber Performance Goals, Operation Resilience, and Assessment Evaluation and Standardization.

With over 20 years in Cybersecurity, Martin's experience spans private industry and federal agencies like CISA, FCC, USDA, NOAA, and Bank of America. He is recognized for his leadership, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

Martin holds a master’s degree in management information systems from Strayer University and completed an Executive Potential Program at Graduate School USA in 2016.
In his free time, he enjoys family activities and golfing.
