Mr. Peter Barcelo Jr., (LCDR USN RET), M.S., CKM, ICP, is currently working as a Knowledge Management Specialist for the Command Group, United States Southern Command. He is a native of Coral Gables, FL., is founder and CEO of Applied Knowledge Management Systems, LLC providing consulting and training at the system, operational and tactical level for business, military, and government applications in knowledge and innovation management, electrical/computer engineering, artificial Intelligence and six sigma. He was a speaker at the KM World Conference 2017, the 2016 KM World Conference and the 2018 DoD and Federal Knowledge Management Conference.
