For over 15 years Mr. Matthew Palmer has led high profile strategic and engineering initiatives within the Federal and Defense sector. As an expert in digital modernization, Mr. Palmer has been spearheading the organizational adoption of Agility, Mobility, Artificial Intelligence, Commercial Cloud, and DevSecOps automation across multiple Government agencies. Today Mr. Palmer serves as the Chief Engineer for the Command and Control (C2) portfolio within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), focusing on cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps implementation.
