Profile
Gary Morrow currently serves as the technical advisor for the 4th Estate Test and Evaluation Division at the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), Defense Information Systems Agency. In this role, he a crucial part in supporting and enhancing the quality, timeliness, value, and visibility of divisional test and evaluation (T&E) efforts. Morrow brings his technical expertise to reduce risk, seek opportunities, increase innovation, and enhance decision-making functions for current JITC customers and operations.
Prior to joining DISA, Morrow held the position of project manager with the U.S. Army 1st Signal Brigade Network Engineering S3, where he successfully managed various projects. He also worked as a local area network/wide area network engineer for the Defense Health Agency, modernizing the organization's network infrastructure.
Morrow holds a master’s in information technology management, a bachelor’s in information technology and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in computer science. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2016. Additionally, he holds several technical certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker, Security+, and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
