Profile

Army Col. Darcy Saint-Amant is the division chief for the Defense Information Systems Agency’s IT and Centralized Services Management division within the network’s Command, Control, Communications and Computers Systems (C4S) Integration Directorate of the Army’s Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-6. In this position, she is responsible for the Army’s Unified Network IT services and centralized services, which include Microsoft 365, Army Google Workspace, virtualization capabilities (Commercial Solutions for Classified, Army Virtual Desktop, Bring Your Own Device), and the Army IT Service Catalog.
Prior to her current role, Col. Saint-Amant is an Army Signal Officer with 26 years of service who has held various IT leadership positions in tactical, operational, and strategic level communications missions within the Army and previously at DISA.
Col. Saint-Amant holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University, a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership from the College of Information and Cyberspace at the National Defense University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Cultural & Political Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is a graduate of MIT’s Seminar XXI fellowship program. Additionally, she maintains a CISSP certification with ISC2.
She was a 2020 (ISC)2 Global Award winner for her foundational work on Zero Trust in the Department of Defense.
