Rowmean Rodriques is the chief of the Data Management Branch for the Defense Information Systems Agency. In this position, he leads the Agency in maximizing the value of DISA’s data assets while driving data quality and promoting data literacy. His branch aligns data activities across the Agency to harness the power of data through data governance and data innovation.
Rodriques joined DISA in 2020 and has served as a Project Manager within the Requirements Analysis Office supporting DISA’s decision making forum that prioritizes changes to the functional baseline of the Agency's Information Technology (IT) Service Portfolio.
Prior to joining DISA, Rodriques worked for several years as a consultant supporting the Social Security Administration and the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. His greatest impact involved leading the business analysis effort to identify insights needed for data driven decision making. After several years serving as a consultant automating and digitizing business processes, he entered civil service at the Social Security Administration.
Rodriques received a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in IT Management in 2011.
