Kimberly Lingafelt is the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) program manager for Program Executive Office Services at the Defense Information Systems Agency. As the DEOS program manager, she manages enterprise services for common communication, collaboration and productivity across the Department of Defense. The DEOS service portfolio includes the DEOS blanket purchase agreement for Microsoft 365 products, DOD365-Joint Impact Level 5 tenant, DOD365-Secret IL6 tenant and DOD365 Integrated Phone System.
Lingafelt has more than 27 years with DISA, managing large technology efforts supporting many mission areas to include counternarcotics, DOD policy, special access programs and cloud services. Most recently, she served as the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard portfolio manager for DISA’s Mission Partner Engagement Office where she led strategic communications with portfolio mission partners.
She also served as the Stratus program manager for the DISA Hosting and Compute, J9, where she managed all facets of delivering a private cloud solution on the non-classified internet protocol router network and the secret internet protocol router network. Previously, she served as a product owner for a DOD SAP multi-level security system at the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office at DISA where she led development and cyber teams to implement requirements and provide a single SAP authoritative system supporting more than 15 different services/agencies.
Lingafelt holds a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in information systems from George Mason University.
