    CACI Awarded $1.5 Billion Contract to Provide Transport and Cybersecurity Services to National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

    Award is single-largest in CACI history

    Reston, Va., June 4, 2020 – CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded its largest contract in company history, a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide transport and cybersecurity services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The single award IDIQ has a base period of five years plus five 1-year award term periods with a ceiling of $1.5 billion.

    Under the contract, CACI will provide enterprise Information Technology (IT) services to NGA and its mission partners. Specifically, CACI network and cybersecurity experts, located at NGA’s headquarters and facilities in Springfield, VA, St. Louis, MO, and around the globe, will help design, engineer, procure, implement, operate, sustain, and enhance NGA networks and cybersecurity posture. The contract encompasses a significant expansion of CACI’s continuing business with the NGA.

    CACI will also help NGA create efficiencies by making available an expansive service and material catalog to the agency that streamlines the acquisition of IT services from weeks to days for streamlined customer support.

    CACI Wins $514 Million Task Order to Modernize U.S. Army Networks

    Company will upgrade physical infrastructure to include outside plant (OSP) and facilities modifications needed to deliver robust, reliable, high-speed data networks within the continental United States.

    Reston, Va., Jan. 11, 2021 – CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it was awarded a new five-year (one-year base and four one-year options), single-award task order, with a potential value of $514 million, to provide network modernization of outside plant (OSP) infrastructure and facilities across major

    U.S. Army locations within the continental United States. CACI engineers, managers, and technicians will deliver enterprise technology to enhance capabilities and improve capacity needed for an underground fiber optic cable infrastructure required to support robust, reliable, high-speed voice, video and data networks for critical command and control systems.

    As part of the OSP task order, awarded under the GSA’s Alliant 2 contract vehicle, CACI will engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) a turnkey solution to upgrade the existing OSP infrastructure and facilities at a minimum of 40 different military installations using industry best practices.

    Reston, Va., May 20, 2021 – CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that two of CACI’s distinctive technologies, SteelBox® and the CM142 sensor, each earned an acclaimed Edison Award™ for their excellence in technological innovation.

    The Edison Awards recognize the most innovative products and business leaders from around the world and are among the most prestigious accolades honoring excellence in new technology and innovation.

    CACI’s SteelBox, an enterprise technology, and the first secure and certified mobile communications app for U.S. Government agencies was honored with a Bronze Edison Award.

    SteelBox enables government officials to make encrypted phone calls and send encrypted messages securely and conveniently without fear of eavesdropping or data compromise. The technology was recognized in the Commercial Technology category. SteelBox has also been honored as an Industry Innovator by the Government Innovation Awards and was the first Software-as-Service (SaaS) offering in the Azure Government Marketplace by a systems integrator.

    CACI’s CM142 Multi-Sensor Gyro-Stabilized Imaging System, an electro-optical/infrared sensor, was honored with a Silver Edison Award. The CM142 multi-spectral system delivers industry-leading performance for the lowest size, weight and power enabling real-time aerial intelligence, heat-mapping, and hotspot detection. Recently, the system was deployed to help responders battle wildfires across the American West. The mission technology played a critical role in battling the destructive wildfires by providing real-time aerial mapping and surveillance for frontline firefighting teams. CM142 was recognized in the Aeronautical Innovation category.

    CACI Awarded $160 Million Task Order to Support U.S. Air Force Central Command’s Network Operations

    Reston, Va., Dec. 10, 2020 – CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a four- and-a-half year task order, with a ceiling value of $160 million, to provide information technology support to the

    U.S. Air Force Central Command’s (AFCENT) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC).

    Under the task order, which was awarded through the Air Force’s Acquisition Management Integration Center AMIC), CACI will provide enterprise expertise including networking, 24/7 help desk, technical, cyber support to multiple deployed AFCENT NOSC sites through U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM). The contract expands upon previous work for CACI, by providing new expertise in systems engineering and database management, as well as the capability to provide video-teleconference, satellite communications, and network transport support.

    CACI experts will help engineer, implement, maintain, protect, and enhance AFCENT networks in the CENTCOM area of responsibility, including for those forward deployed in austere locations. Those networks include USAFCENT’s Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPRNet), USCENTCOM Partner Networks, as well as associated command-and-control networks, systems, and services.
