Mike Clowser is a capability developer for the Army Knowledge Management Proponent Office at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas delivering KM capabilities to the total Army. As a 28-year veteran of the U.S. Army, Mike has served in multiple organizations to include the Army Futures Command (AFC), the Mission Command Battle Lab, Army University, U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR), and Forces Command (FORSCOM). Mike has co-authored several capability documents on Artificial Intelligence (AI) as it relates to mission command information systems and is currently working on integration of data literacy throughout the Army and DoD.
