Patrice Jordan is the newest manager to the Knowledge Management and Transfer office. While new to KMT, she is no stranger to the Federal government. She has 18 years under her belt with 16 of them being at the Internal Revenue Service, while the first 2 years were with the Office of Personnel Management where she started out as an intern. Being able to mentor new or junior employees is a passion of hers and she takes pride in being able to impart a little bit of what she knows and doesn’t mind sharing her story if it could help someone along the way! Patrice holds a B.A. in Sociology and has worked in the fields of IT Security, audit life cycles to name just a few. Currently, she is managing the KM Programs section responsible for providing centralized knowledge management solutions and driving KM adoption thru service wide KM training.
