Profile

Jacqueline (Jackie) Snouffer is the acting director of Risk Management for the Defense Information Systems Agency, or DISA. She serves as the DISA co-authorizing official in assessing risks to the Defense Department-and DISA-provided networks and systems. Ms. Snouffer also provides leadership to DISA’s efforts to authorize cloud service offerings and process streamlining and automation. Prior to this role, Ms. Snouffer served as the chief of the Assessments and Authorization Division, where she managed the assessment activities in support of authorization decisions for all DISA’s systems and networks. As the security control assessor, she provided risk assessments to support multiple DoD authorizing officials, the Unified Capabilities Approved Products List and provisional authorizations of cloud service provider offerings. Ms. Snouffer represented the DoD CIO as the FedRAMP Joint Authorization Board Technical Representative ensuring DoD equities were represented during the authorization of Cloud Service Provider Offerings.
