Mr. Fowler is currently the Chief Engineer of the C2 Portfolio, where he is coordinating DISA's C2 efforts with the DoD's current Joint C2 and future JADC2 efforts. In the past he has developed systems ranging in size from small to 250TB of data, varying in complexity from simple to multiple servers across multiple sites, and using different development methodologies, such as DevSecOps, Agile, and Unified Processes. Also, he has led small development teams and taught at the graduate school level. His current interests are DevSecOps automation, cloud/distributed/parallel processing, and data modeling and analytics.
