Description

The Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) and ENCORE III contract vehicles work together to deliver the full lifecycle of services and solutions our mission partners require to meet their Information Technology (IT) requirements. The prime contractors with their teaming partners competitively offer a high-set bar of technical expertise, innovative capabilities, and proven quality performance. SETI, with a $7.5 billion (B) ceiling, was designed for the development of innovative solutions to new, unique, or complex problems in the IT mission areas; in addition to being able to engineer solutions for existing requirements with complex capability gaps in the IT service portfolio. ENCORE III, with a $17.5B ceiling, offers the full spectrum of IT services and a wide-range of services to develop, implement, operate, maintain/sustain, incrementally develop, and ultimately retire IT capabilities. As the fifth iteration of the contract, since 1994 the ENCORE program (formerly known as the Defense Enterprise Integration Services) has remained a steadfast leader in providing a broad range of information technology solutions. While IT has evolved over time, the one constant is Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) accessible vehicles which allow mission partners to streamline procurements of any range of capabilities from legacy systems to new, emerging net-centric technologies, development of complex and unique solutions, all at fair and reasonable prices. These programs are known across the industry and mission partner base as superior vehicles while having been recognized for best practices in support of the Department of Defense's (DoD) most critical programs. The vehicles align with and support the DoD’s and DISA’s socio-economic goals by offering capabilities for small business set-asides on the small business suites within the desired vehicle.
