Mrs. Jessica L. Bathon-Logsdon is a Small Business Professional with the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Office of Small Business Programs since March 2020. She is responsible for processing DD2579s, partaking in outreach efforts within the small business community, hosting vendor capability briefings, creating and leading training classes for the contracting workforce and industry, and ultimately advocating for maximum small business opportunities.

Prior to joining the Office of Small Business Programs, Jessica served as a Contracting Officer Team Lead in the DISA Services Section for nearly six years. In this role, Jessica was responsible for a team of contract specialists with various pre- and post-award contract actions. Her federal service career began in January 2008 as a participant in the SCEP (Student Career Experience Program) with a focus on Contracting at USTRANSCOM.

Ms. Bathon-Logsdon earned the Defense Acquisition University Small Business Professional Credential in December 2022, became Level III Certified in Contracting in July 2014, and achieved Level I Program Management Certification in May 2011. Additionally, Jessica attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from McKendree University in May 2011.

Ms. Bathon-Logsdon and husband, Seth, reside on the family grain and cattle farm in Southern Illinois with their chocolate lab, Dozer, and beagle pup, Ollie.
