Profile
Bill Grenzer is the technical director in DISA’s Emerging Technology Directorate. Prior to moving into the technical director role, he was the chief engineer for the Cloud Based Internet Isolation and Software Defined Enterprise programs. Since starting at DISA in 2011, Bill has been working on innovation projects, creating the initial deployment for several current DISA programs, including WINDAR, and providing a lab environment for DISA and mission partners to conduct short duration analysis of new and emerging technologies.
Prior to his time at DISA, Bill supported the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate, developing 3-D modeling tools and lethality and vulnerability simulation software. He also worked in the USAF 46TW, developing real-time and post-mission data analysis software for training missions conducted over the Gulf of Mexico.
Bill holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in computer engineering from the University of Florida.
