LTC Claudia Henderson has served as the Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN) J25 Division Chief of Plans/Exercises since October 7, 2016. Serves as the principal advisor to the J2 Directorate and she directs and supervises the day-to-day operations of the JFHQ-DODIN Intelligence Plans & Exercise Division. Directs guidance on intelligence support to OPLANs/ CONPLANs/CONOPS/OPTs and JPGs to prepare, train and assess the cyber force. Special emphasis on working with COCOMS (USNORTHCOM, USSTRATCOM, USEUCOM, USPACOM, and USTRANSCOM) on establishing the Intelligence core functions (Planning, Direction, Collections, Analysis, Production, Processes, & Dissemination) within the Cyber Operations Integrated Planning Element to synchronize OCO, DCO, IO, C4ISR, DCO-IDM, and DODIN operations.
Before joining JFHQ-DODIN in October 2016, deployed to support Operations Inherent Resolve serving as J2 advisor directly responsible for providing subject matter expertise support to the Office of Security Cooperation Iraq Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Worked with the Government of Iraq (GOI) intelligence counterparts to provide recommendations on required intelligence/information technology equipment to fill Iraqi intelligence gaps. Advised several senior Iraqi intelligence officials and directly managed FMS cases to help them integrate across the Iraqi Intelligence enterprise.
LTC Henderson is an U.S. Army Intelligence Officer with 21 years of total service. Commissioned in 1997 from Radford University and Graduate of the U.S. Army Command General Staff College. Served as the G23 Chief of Operations Officer within the I CORPS Headquarters at Joint Base Lewis McCord, WA. Serve as I CORPS G2 cyberspace operations planner advocate. Provided intelligence support to defensive and offensive cyberspace operations in support of the Counter Electronic Magnetic Activity (CEMA). Aided planners by outlining cyberspace G2 expectations, limitations, and constraints as related to the warfighter’s overall plan. Served as a Deputy Mission Crew Commander, stationed at Warner Robins, GA on board the E-8C/JSTARS aircraft that deploys worldwide to support Joint inter-agency and Multinational (JIM) Unified Land Operations and Homeland Security providing C2ISR. Served as the J2T/J37 Intelligence Officer at USSTRATCOM/ USCYBERCOM at Fort Meade, MD to provide intelligence support to cyberspace exercises and provide allsource intelligence analysis to assist in the assessment of potential impacts to the DOD Global Information Grid. Served as the Branch Chief of Cyber Threat Intelligence at 1 st Information Operations Command at Fort Belvoir, VA. Deployed in Support of Operations Iraqi Freedom to provide intelligence support to Incident Response for Regional Computer Emergency Response Team-South West Asia (RCERT-SWA). Served as a Counter Terrorism Intelligence Officer at Fort Bragg, NC providing intelligence support to a Joint Task Force in Afghanistan in support of OEF. Liaison with multiple interagency & military interrogators conducting all-source intelligence analysis to locate enemy threats and provide actionable predictive threat assessments. Served as a Company Executive/SIGINT/Electronic Warfare/Counterintelligence Officer at Schofield and Fort Shafter, Hawaii to provide intelligence support for a Joint Intelligence Operations in the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) area of responsibility. Produce real-world intelligence preparation of the battlefield products & applied SIGINT assets to analyze, report, & brief senior military leaders.
