As the Vice President for Cyber and IT Modernization, Doug is responsible for Leidos technology strategy, best practices, thought leadership, and transformation approaches across its Cyber and Enterprise IT Modernization customers including Cloud, DevOps, Defensive CyberOps, and applications of AI to IT and Cyber. Over the last five years he has been both a technical leader and a program manager for major initiatives including leading the DHS ESOC and Leidos cloud practice as well as several multi billion dollar procurements. Doug leverages his experience leading the The FBI’s Next Generation Identification (NGI) program to FOC implementing new and major biometric algorithm improvements for the FBI to bring Algorithm and AI implementation leadership into cyber and IT Ops. He also brings over 15+ years of leadership in large government system integration across the entire life-cycle of systems with particular experience in complex system development, transition to operations and operations and maintenance.
