Donald R. Parker Jr. is a United States Veteran, who honorably served in the United States Navy as an F14 Electrician’s Mate. He Conferred several degrees to include a BS in Computer Networking, Master of Science Degrees in Computer System Management, Information Assurance and Cyber Security. He’s served over 18 years at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Cyber Security Architect, Deputy PKI Program Manager and Branch Chief. He is currently serving as the Branch Chief and Program Manager of the DOD PKI Portfolio.
