Applying for a visa to attend MILCOM 2018?

Do not delay in making visa arrangements for entry into the United States, if needed. Arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and other participants and may take up to a few months. IEEE will provide a visit letter to those who need one.

Authors of accepted papers, please go to EDAS paper page to generate a visa letter.

Non-authors, please visit the IEEE Communications Society Visa Assistance page to request a visa letter. Choose “MILCOM 2018” from the conference drop-down menu and then fill in the required information.

Note: Attendees must be registered before submitting a visit letter request.
