Cancellation/Substitution Policy


All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Friday, October 14, 2016 will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after October 14, 2016. Substitutes are always welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
