The Army Cyber Center of Excellence sought solutions to address both emerging and existing challenges. Several dozen abstracts were submitted to address the Problem Statements below and the top solutions will be presented in the Engagement Theater at TechNet Augusta.

What are the best techniques for real-time optimization in logistics, resource allocation and autonomous swarm management across contested networks?

How can we deliver intuitive, error-resilient user interfaces that minimize operator cognitive load through automated combat workflows and streamlined UX/UI, allowing tactical teams to focus on high-level combat reasoning rather than menu navigation?

Problem Statement 9:

How can a singular combat network integrate disparate command structures and sensors while minimizing cognitive burden and maximizing network observability through smart flow management and CMOSS/SOSA compliance?

Problem Statement 10 - Information Advantage:

How can we integrate visual imagery, virtual reality (VR), and spatial imagery tools into command post C2 workflows to enhance situational understanding, operational visualization, and collaborative decision-making?

Problem Statement 10 - DCO:

What technology exists, or is in development, that the Army has not yet experimented with, that could be a “game changer” for assured voice and data communications, at echelon?
