Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No cancellations for series packages will be granted after the first episode has aired. Individual episodes require cancellation in writing no less than 72 hours in advance of each episode. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
