    Locked Shields is the world’s largest cyber defense exercise, hosted by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence (CCDCOE). Over 3,000 participants from 38 nations take part in the exercise, involving protecting real computer systems from real-time attacks and simulating tactical and strategic decisions in critical situations. DISA leads the US team, comprised of full-time military, National Guard, DoD and federal civilians, academia, and university students; strengthening commercial/public/private partnerships.
