Non-kinetic dominance is often discussed through cyber, AI, data, sensors, secure communications, and information operations. While these capabilities are essential, their operational value depends on whether leaders, operators, agencies, and mission partners can access trusted knowledge at the speed of relevance. Knowledge dominance is the ability to collect, validate, contextualize, share, and act on trusted information faster than an adversary, disruption, or crisis can exploit uncertainty.
