Full Conference
Includes access to Industry, Military, and Government exhibits, PEO Pavilion, an opportunity to connect and network, coffee breaks, and afternoon networking receptions. Admittance to ALL program sessions and ticketed luncheons on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is included (subject to capacity constraints).
For Mil/Gov registrants the ticketed luncheons are available for separate purchase (subject to capacity constraints).

The CE Pass

Allows an attendee to receive formal attendance documentation for applicable continuing education sessions at the event. AFCEA members receive the attendance documentation as a member benefit and do not require the CE pass.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, July 10, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after July 10, 2026. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

Soliciting business in aisles, public areas, or another company’s exhibit space is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the trade show immediately and may face additional penalties. Please report any observed violations to Show Management.
